Hello and welcome to our new website! We have tried our best to make it as easy and safe as possible for you to order our freshly roasted coffee.

We roast every day here at the roastery and always endeavour to have your coffee sent the day we receive your order or straight after roasting the following morning. We use an overnight courier and all parcels are tracked so we can make sure they don’t end up on someone elses doorstep!

News Flash! Hawthorne Now New Zealand’s Most Awarded Coffee Roastery

Since the first New Zealand coffee awards in 2004 Hawthorne Coffee Roasters has received 12 medals for its coffee blends including two gold’s and six silvers. Two more silver medals were won at the recent 2009 Coffee Awards.
This makes Hawthorne the most awarded boutique Coffee Roastery in New Zealand.
The awards were run using international judging criteria and were overseen by the Executive Director of the World Barista Championships.
